Echoes of the deserted sea

A creative collaboration with Beatriz Urrutia (Mandolinaes)

This piece is the result of the collaboration between a Nature Framer and a Reality Phaser.
Keeping our individual creative identities, while blending our styles, was a seamless experience, gentleness and communication were key.

A landscape in the closing moment of a painful transition, where liquid life has receded, revealing stones that were once caressed by waters, a testament to the unrelenting passage of time.

A solitary lighthouse is standing witness to this transformation. Its light no longer guiding sailors, but rather illuminating a shifted reality, the boundary between sea and desert blurred, with each stone on this exposed seabed turned into a parched and weathered relic.

Are the phantom city’s towering structures in the distance a memory of what once was or a hopeful illusion of the mind?
